You can permanently delete your Dexter Details account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
How to delete
In the app (fastest)
Open the app → tap the menu (top right) → Delete Account → type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Can’t access the app?
Email support@dexterdetails.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted
- Your profile and login
- Every home you own — including appliances, documents, photos, maintenance, utility data, aerial measurements and ROV letters
- Any access you’ve shared with guests on those homes
- Your uploaded files
- Any active subscription — canceled immediately, with no future charges
What is not affected
- Homes you transferred to someone else — they now belong to the new owner.
- Homes owned by others that were shared with you — only your access is removed.
